Store Policy

We take approximately 48 hours to 4 days to process and ship your order. In case of any genuine delays, dispatch may take up to 7 days. Once shipped, deliveries within Mumbai typically arrive within 24–48 hours, while orders outside Mumbai and in other states may take up to 3–5 days.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

If your product arrives damaged, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing (opening) video in order to claim an exchange or resolution. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, any approved claims will be issued in the form of store credit only.

As a goodwill gesture, we are offering store credit for the reported issue. Please note that replacement credits are issued solely for the replacement of the original product that was reported as lost or undelivered.

The credit may only be used toward the same product (or an identical replacement, subject to availability) and cannot be exchanged for different products, designs, styles, or collections. This policy is in place to ensure that replacement claims are resolved fairly and consistently.
